Everything You Need to Know About Porsche Roadside Assistance

Porsche owners know that the experience of owning a Porsche vehicle is just as satisfying as driving one. When it comes to after-sales service, Porsche has developed a wide range of services that go above and beyond owner expectations by ensuring total peace of mind and complete satisfaction. Porsche Roadside Assistance is but one example.

Porsche Roadside Assistance is Your Guardian Angel

Porsche Roadside Assistance is like a guardian angel who is always watching over your shoulder, and that you can call upon whenever you have a need for immediate assistance. Offered on every new Porsche vehicle covered under the automaker’s New Car Limited Warranty or Porsche Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty, Porsche Roadside Assistance includes a wide range of services for Porsche owners.

Services include emergency towing should your Porsche experience a mechanical breakdown covered under warranty. A Porsche authorized towing service will then bring your vehicle to the nearest Porsche Center for repairs. Like all services offered under the Porsche Roadside Assistance program, emergency towing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In the unlikely event that your Porsche won’t start because of a weak battery or because the temperature outside is freezing, Porsche Roadside Assistance can also help by providing battery jump start assistance, or by towing your Porsche to an authorized dealer for battery maintenance.

Flat tire assistance is also covered and offered under the Porsche Roadside Assistance program. Although transport can be arranged to a nearby Porsche Service Center, most flat tires can be repaired on site by Porsche Roadside Assistance personnel.
